Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an MBFS Driver & Personal line service Officer . In this role, you will assist in delivering and picking up vehicles for our customers while also managing inbound calls related to General Insurance (GI), travel, and other B2C insurance inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Duties:

   - Deliver and pick up cars for MBFS customers as required.

   - Ensure the vehicles are well-maintained and in excellent working condition.

   - Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance for the fleet.

Personal Line  Service Officer:

   - Handle inbound calls for GI insurance, travel insurance, and other B2C insurance hotlines.

   - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

   - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

- Possession of IIQE 1 and 2 licenses is a plus.

- Extensive working experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
