Job Description We are looking for a Senior Administrator, Logistics to be part of our dynamic team.

To handle the logistics administrative duties, stock transfer orders and customs declaration. In addition, the ad-hoc roadshow delivery co-ordination with different stakeholders. High demand on cross functional collaboration and sales analytical to achieve business targets.

THE JOB 

• Handle full set import and export shipping documents, customs declaration via Tradelink system
• Liaise with shipping carrier, freight forwarder, 3PL warehouse and internal department to complete the inbound containers unloading orders
• Handle Goods receiving, stock transfer order, stock devaluation, stock scrapping in SAP system
• Prepare month-end stock report, shipment KPI reports for management
• Assist monitoring 3PL performance within their committed service standard
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

THE PERSON 

• Minimum 3-5 years of Shipping/Logistics experience in trading company, preferable in retail FMCG items.
• Good PC skills in MS excel (eg. v-lookup)
• Experience in Tradelink
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a must
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Responsible, initiative and able to work under pressure
