Support daily claims servicing in General Insurance - Personal Line Claims, e.g. Motor / Home/ Travel
Process and review Personal Line Claims
Participate in projects and system enhancements for claims service assurance
Assist in ad hoc tasks/ initiatives as assigned by the Company
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in insurance, claims, customer service or complaint handling
A recognized degree or equivalent in Business or Finance, Insurance, legal or related discipline
Candidate with professional insurance qualification i.e. ACII or ANZIIF or with project / data analysis experience will be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Self - motivated, pro-active and a good team player
