Requirements

• Maintain good relationships with banks and rating agencies, provide KYC/rating materials.
• Responsible for preparation, management of loan transactions.
• Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy and completeness before disbursement.
• Handle processing support responsibilities for bilateral loan transactions, including managing drawdowns and rollovers.
• Responsible for fee collection activities and ensure timely execution of SWIFT payments related to bilateral loans.
• Assist in negotiations on ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years experience in account management, client management, treasury is preferred.
• Good understanding of loan documentation and processing procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
