About the role

This is a full-time After Sales & Order Administrator role at AUMUND Asia (H.K.) Limited. Based in North Point Eastern District, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the after sales order management functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up orders and after sales requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Processing and tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and orders
  • Providing administrative support to the sales and after sales teams as needed
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any issues or queries
  • Supporting the implementation of administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or above with minimum 3 years' experience in Sales & Service company, preferably manufacturing or engineering industry on sales administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels both written and orally
  • Independent with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; knowledge in German language is a plus
  • Proven proficiency in using standard office software such as MS Office suite
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
