Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
• Coordinate marketing events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
• Assist in maintaining the marketing budget and tracking expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (for entry-level); 3-5 years (for mid-level).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
