We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic Business Development team. This role is integral in supporting the Business and Operations Director with the delivery of innovative web solutions and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative mindset, execution experience, and a proven track record in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Web Solutions and Digital Marketing Strategies: Delivery proposal of digital solutions and marketing strategies.
Manage Existing Client Accounts: Independently handle accounts, sensitive to revenue and performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and financial success.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships to ensure profitable partnerships.
With a solution-oriented mindset, seeks to provide regular advice to the client to improve the service offering.
Achieve Sales Growth: Drive efforts to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, maintaining a results-oriented focus within the team.
Requirements:
Educational Background: (DSE) or higher.
Industry Experience: Must have previous account management experience in agency industry.
People and Culture: Ambitious, well-organized, and self-motivated.
Skills: Exceptional presentation, Proposal Delivery, and analytical skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Familiar in using AI in her/his daily work
Flexibility: Availability to travel for business and client meeting if needed.
An English interview session is required - with a minimum of two rounds of interviews involving reporting lines and C-level executives expected.
