Key Responsibilities:

 

Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to those project customers. Develop & follow up the project post-sales pipelines, in order to secure the sustainability of project delivery.

Account Management: Follow up projects and customer's inquiries, identify business opportunities and explore potential customers for sales growth.

Pre-sales support: Propose and promote company Property Management system and IoT solutions to existing and potential customers. Meet sales target and achieve sales goals assigned by Company.

Post-sales support: Sales support throughout project implementation; and handle sales enquiry and / or variation in projects and work together with Project Managers for quotation/tender preparation & submission.

Customer Communication and Engagement: Keep customer information and records up to date, including interactions, transactions, pipelines, and new business account plans in the designated Property Management system and IoT solutions.

Market Expansion: Identify, develop and close business opportunities with key accounts. Gather the market intelligence and competitor research, to explore new accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.

Support Marketing Activities: Support marketing activities and coordinate with our marketing team. Promote full range of our technologies and solutions to defined customers.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Certificate/Diploma holder in Marketing/ Business/ Computer Science or related disciplines.

At least 5 year related working experience in Sales and Account Management is preferable.

Exposure in Developer and Property Management Company would be an advantage.

Experience and technical knowledge in Construction Technology / Property Technology would be an advantage.

Knowledge in AI & IoT solutions would be an advantage.

Customer-oriented, Good communication & presentation skills and high initiative to take up challenges.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
