Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Administrator to support our Project Management Office. This role will focus on project administration tasks, including documentation and system testing, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project management office with project planning and coordination.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Support the system testing process, including preparing test cases and documenting results.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates as necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project administration processes.

Qualifications:

• High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
