About the role

EMW (Hong Kong) Trading Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position based in our Wan Chai District office.

What you'll be doing

•          Overseeing all aspects of the daily running of finance department
•          Prepare Weekly and Monthly Management Report and Financial Report 
•          Cooperate with Head office for finance related issues
•          Sales Forecast and budget preparation 
•          Monthly AR Collection from customers
•          Handle full set of accounts with a high level of accuracy, completeness and efficiency;
•          Company secretary filing 
•          Monitoring business performance and internal cost control and reporting 
•          Reviewing accounting records, and ensure all accounting information in compliance with accounting        ethics 
•          Performing treasury functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned
•          Maintain cash flow control 
•          Schedule for Payment 
•          Liaise with auditor to prepare audited financial statement , tax computation, and tax return 
•          Payroll & MPF
•          Basic IT Support

What we're looking for

•          Degree holder in accounting, finalist of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent but not a must
•          Minimum 5 years working experience in the relevant fields
•           Knowledge in SAP Business One system is preferred
•          Experience in System transit & Development is highly advantage
•          Excellent IT Skill (Office365, excel: Power pivot, Pivot Table)
•          Responsible, efficient, and self-initiative
•          With good analytical mind, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
•          Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
