Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain records of vendor agreements and product details.
  • Count and verify licensor labels for accuracy and compliance.

Fieldwork and Coordination:

  • Deliver samples, materials, and other items to vendors and clients as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking delivery timelines.
  • Handle outdoor tasks related to merchandising support.

Inventory and Product Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory tracking.
  • Update product information, pricing, and descriptions in internal systems.
  • Assist with quality checks and ensure products meet required standards.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, and discrepancies.
  • Follow up on invoices and resolve any vendor-related issues.
