Job Purpose

• Play an active role in developing our Chinese and foreign institutional client base in mainland China and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities  

• Participate actively in the secondary market equities sales, and engage in new issue placement, IPO underwriting;
• Source and originate business opportunities on equity products;
• Ability to grasp institution and corporation clients for their appetites and communicate back to teams for solutions;
• Follow through the whole process from providing products and services to execution.

Requirements  

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Investment or related discipline(s);
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in equities, preferably with an established client base;
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out licensed activities;
• Good communicator and have a board vision of sales and distribution strategy and pitch flow;
• Tactful in handling clients’ needs and thinking out of the box for solutions from multi-perspective;
• Organized and well planned with a strong desire for success;
• Good relationships with broker house for business development;
• Have persistent and patient attitudes in winning deals;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
