Monthly Management Reporting

  • Preparation of monthly commercial and management reports in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Support commercial team in business reviews by gathering all financial data and prepare relevant presentation materials with in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure maximum usage of available reporting tools such as Fusion, Anaplan, Power BI, etc. to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value adding analysis and insights.
  • Monitor monthly performance against plan and forecast, report on major variances and provide suggestion for improvement

 

Planning and Forecasting

  • Support on Category and Customer P&L forecasting and analysis as part of the quarterly and annual financial forecasting/planning process.
  • Preparation of P&L item upload material and uploading into Fusion/SAC system on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support Plan /Forecasting deck in line with global requirements.

 

Controlling and Monitoring

  • Maintain financial integrity by complying with company policies, SOP and internal controls procedures. 
  • Review the financials of new product launch and conduct monthly performance tracking of new products.
  • Ensure the integrity of all trade spend accruals through thorough review, reconciliation and analysis.
  • Lead the item master maintenance process.
  • Business support role to sales team with annual budget, trade spend analysis and monthly rolling forecast and spend analysis.

Expectation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or related field from a recognized university. 
  • University graduate or minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent with strong organisation and time management skills, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure. 
  • Agile, confident and high integrity.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Always identify opportunities to improve the operation efficiency
  • Good command in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient computer skills MS Office; JDE, SAC and PowerBI experience would be an advantage.
