工作職責
這是機構為本朋輩支援服務的職位：
- 朋輩支援員(精神病復康者或其照顧者)(全職或半職)(多名)
- 需認同個人精神病復元的生命經歷，並願意運用自身的經歷支援其他同路人，或是有照顧精神病復康者經驗，
- 工作包括：在社區教育活動裡分享個人復元故事或照顧者經驗、外展探訪會員、協辦或舉辦有復元元素的小組活動、協助中心當值及文書等工作。申請人需能操流利廣東話、具良好溝通及書寫能力。
- 已完成或正修讀與朋輩支援員培訓及有相關工作經驗者將獲優先考慮。
