We are looking for a Chef de Partie - Pastry Kitchen (廚房主管–餅房) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Chef de Partie - Pastry Kitchen (廚房主管–餅房), we rely on you to:

• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in respective kitchens, according to the standards required by the management
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• 根據酒店標準，維持高質素的食物出品、服務及衛生要求
• 協助監督廚房的日常運作
• 與團隊保持緊密合作的正面關係

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
• People and customer oriented
• Self-motivated and committed to professional values
• 五年以上相關經驗
• 良好食物安全及衞生知識
• 以人為本及以客人為中心
• 自我激勵並抱持專業價值觀
