Our client, a prominent business platform provider in Hong Kong, is on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager to spearhead their expansion into international markets. They specialise in providing cutting-edge omni-channel conversational commerce solutions.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to meeting scheduling.
Perform research to gather insights on potential clients, their business needs, and challenges to uncover opportunities for our Omnichat product.
Arrange and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers, ensuring follow-ups to advance them through the sales funnel.
Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to create and implement effective lead-generation campaigns.
Regularly update and report on sales activities and pipeline status to sales management.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in sales or telesales, with a strong advantage for those with experience in Marketing Tech SaaS.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
