Reports to : Manager - Sports Turf

Role Introduction

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the function and appearance of the facility, oversees the building grounds, and assures facility readiness for a smooth operation of events, and performing grounds, turf and landscape maintenance assigned by the supervisor.

• 按照維護計劃定期修剪草坪及協助收集和處理草屑及其他草坪廢料。
• 進行澆水和灌溉, 保持草坪健康。
• 按照指示施放肥料、除草劑和其他草坪護理產品。
• 監測及向主管報告草坪狀況,。
• 安全有效地操作各種草坪機械及進行基本維護和保養。
• 為各種活動準備或鋪設草皮。
• 執行主管分派的其他任務。

工作地點及時間

• 啟德 / 將軍澳
• 需要輪班工作
• 每2週工作80小時 (平均每星期工作40小時)，每天工作8小時 (不包括用膳時間)
• 工作時間或會按運作上需要而作出調動

入職要求

• 2年的相關園林維護或園藝方面的工作經驗。
• 持有有效的香港駕駛執照者優先。
• 良好團隊合作精神，具良好人際關係處理及溝通技巧。
• 注重細節，能夠獨立工作並在壓力下工作。
• 良好粵語溝通能力，具英語及普通話溝通能力但不是必要要求。
• 能在各種天氣條件下戶外工作。
• 能夠在活動日、週末和公眾假期輪班工作。

Requirements

• Form 3 or above, with vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry (is preferred).
• Preference will be given to those with relevant registration as a semi-skilled or skilled worker;
• Ability to read and interpret related drawings and specifications.
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a carpenter, with preference for those who have worked in the construction or renovation industry.
• Proficient in using relevant manual and power tools.
• Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese, with preference given to those who can communicate in English.

• 識別並向主管報告任何問題或疑慮;
• 遵守所有安全規程,使用適當的個人防護裝備;
• 指導和督導勞工和其他建築工人;
• 根據公司需要，執行臨時職責;
• 需要在活動期間當值候命。

資歷:

• 中三或以上程度, 並接受過木工職業培訓或學徒制培養考慮。
• 持有相關註冊半熟練技工或註冊熟練技;
• 能夠閱讀和解釋圖紙和規範。
• 至少有3年擔任木工的實踐經驗, 於建築或裝修行業工作者優先考慮。
• 熟練使用相關手動和電動工具。
• 懂讀寫中文，懂英語溝通者優先。
