    職責

    • 維護並協助日常物流運作，監控訂單和貨物運輸，確保產品準時交付
    • 負責管理倉務日常運作、定期盤點、核對倉庫的出、入貨數量並需確保其準確性
    • 為日常銷售活動提供文書支持，包括準備和發放銷售訂單、發票、銷售報告與分析、促銷報告等
    • 識別並實施流程改進，以提高銷售和物流部門的效率和效能
    • 維護部門數據庫記錄並建立良好的文件歸檔系統

     

    要求

    • 中學或以上學歷
    • 5年物流經驗，其中至少1年葡萄酒零售行業工作經驗
    • 具備良好的電腦操作技巧，熟練掌握Microsoft Office
    • 熟練使用相關ERP系統或軟件
    • 可立即上班者優先考慮
