About the Role:

• Responsible for initial fault isolation and maintenance at sites in daily operation
• Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner
• Responsible for performing routine inspection and fault prevention
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to trouble shooting, equipment installation and upgrading
• Assist in team leader such as information / record update
• Any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
• No shift duty, only one night shift in Saturday night

About You:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines; F.5/ DSE qualification with relevant experience will also be considered
• Familiar with IP network and fiber network is preferable
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switches & router configuration is an advantage
• Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• ECO (Emergency Call Out) duty required with allowance provided
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
