Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Head of cluster in service support, operations and projects development
• Assist in alignment meetings, render related support to and collecting statistics from service units, and maintain a repository of meeting documentations
• Provide support on project governance implementation, monitoring, evaluating and reporting
• Act as prime interface between service units and external parties to ensure compliance & smooth execution of central policy
• Act as the subject officer on complaint handling
• Ad hoc tasks and any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline preferably in management
• Minimum 5 years solid administrative experience; experience in social service sector /NGO an advantage
• Good experience in compliance, or project /risk management also an advantage
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Mature, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proactive and system thinking
