To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed Wi-Fi network
Experience Needed
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines
Good technical knowledge in various brands of Wi-Fi and networking product and solution such as Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
