Job description:

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage scheduled and non-scheduled tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform equipment and cable installations, decommission outdated hardware, and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Handle incidents, solve problems, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of equipment and prepare detailed reports to support efficient operations.

Job requirements:

• Ideally, a graduate from a Technical Institute in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. However, equivalent experience is also valued.
• Familiarity with data center operations and structured cabling is preferred, but enthusiasm to learn is equally important.
• 12 hours shift (8:00 to 8:00)
• Good communication in Cantonese and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
