• Lead business case development, balancing business and user needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming workshops, ensuring focused outcomes.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver projects.
• Consolidate business goals and user requirements to inform design decisions.
• Promote user validation and testing best practices.
• Advocate for design-driven methodologies, focusing on user needs and creating appealing UX/UI.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in Product/Service/UX/UI Design.
• Ability to tackle complex business challenges.
• Experience facilitating diverse groups in workshops.
• Proficient in conveying ideas through storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Skilled in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of the development process and its impact on design.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Extensive experience with UX deliverables: user journeys, blueprints, personas, and wireframes.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to clients.
