You will be part of our Global International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management and sea transportation management solutions.

Your Role

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS? Your primary objective is to ensure retention and growth of existing ISC customers. You will optimize Origin International Supply Chain (ISC) service delivery, profitability through risk and costs minimization by providing governance to hemisphere and national organizations as well as origin control tower operational key account managers, ensuring consistency of ISC service delivery across the network.

Your Responsibilities

• To build, empower and inspire a high performing team of Origin Control Tower team leaders and OKAM’s.
• To develop and maintain strong, trust based relationships with the client and our internal network in hemisphere and national organizational levels.
• To set clear ISC origin service delivery and operational governance including production unit cost targets, develop and drive action plans to ensure ISC service delivery.
• To monitor financial performance of existing accounts and systemically optimize net profit by collaborating with hemisphere and national organizations.
• To continuously measure, drive and improve performance of ISC origin service delivery against service level agreements (SLA’S) To ensure delivery against agreed Supply Chain Engineering initiatives.
• To establish, implement, govern and enhance the standards, processes and policies that drive standardization and scalability of our solutions at origin.
• To co-create the global strategic business plan and support the implementation of key initiatives to improve ISC service quality, data integrity and profitability.
• To maintain, develop and optimize the structure in CEBU to support the delivery of ISC service.
