Our client, Karin Electronic Supplies is looking for a Telemarketing Executive.

Responsibility:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to develop sales opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries and understand customer needs
• Prepare call report and progress update for review
• Responsible for data entry and maintaining the database
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when required

Requirements:

• DSE or above with 1 year relevant working experience
• Knowledge in IT and technology will be an advantage
• Well organized with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good presentation and communication skills with can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
