Objective

The successful candidate will be accountable for Move-add-change (MAC) projects and Cyclical Capital Expenditure (CCE) work

What you’ll do

  • Assure projects are delivered on plan and with minimum disruption to client’s staff
  • Coordinate move & churn activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders or consultants for the design of project works
  • Monitor and supervise project works
  • Manage 3rd party vendors to perform MAC/CCE projects e.g. designer, builder works
  • Coordinate with HKJC appointed working parties such as catering, security and broadcasting etc.
  • Adjust or revise service processes to make them in line with change of facility requirement by the stakeholders
  • Make sure service performance meeting KPIs
  • Support FM to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to the client’s manager
  • Be the point of escalation in emergency cases
  • Develop and coach the team members
  • Keep sight of market practices and technology advancement
  • Arrange on-job or site-specific trainings to the team members

Key qualifications

  • Degree in Building or Facilities Management, Engineering discipline or project management
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Facilities Management in which 2+ experience as a Project management related to office re-layout work or space management.
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage facilities management technology
  • Hard working and energetic
  • Leadership and innovative
  • Willing to work flexible hours
