We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty programme and system, to ensure guest satisfaction is met
  • Be proactive and attentive to guests needs
  • Responsible for daily operation of Guest Relations (Executive Lounge) Team and ensure daily job tasks are properly followed up
  • Ensure all guest including VIP’s and Executive Floor guests are welcome and treated exceptionally from arrival through departure.
  • Ensure guests in Executive Lounge are greeted, attended to, assist and enhance Marriott Bonvoy member’s Executive Floor guests stay by providing high quality of service and care
  • Ensure all guests enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution
  • Able to perform duties in a supervisory capacity and oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the Executive Lounge
  • Provide regular training and guidance to staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Guest Relations Officer experience
  • Hotel school graduate with Higher Diploma or above is preferable
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Good team player and able to work well with under pressure
  • Good complaint handling skills, organizational and strong customer service skills
  • Experience in hotel loyalty program is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
  • Able to work varied shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexibility to work in different section when help are needed
