Our client is looking for an Finance and Operation Manager to oversee daily operations, manage trading positions, and enhance automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration, financial operations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Operations & Position Management

• Oversee and reconcile trading positions across multiple exchanges and counterparties.
• Monitor PnL, risk exposure, and margin requirements to ensure capital efficiency.
• Work closely with traders and developers to improve real-time position tracking and reporting.
• Optimize capital allocation across trading strategies and accounts.

Automation & Process Optimization

• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline post-trade operations, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain operational dashboards and risk monitoring tools.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement data-driven solutions.

Fund Administration & Compliance

• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, and counterparties for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper trade settlement, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
• Maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

Background & Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration, financial operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with crypto trading firms, hedge funds, or prop trading desks is highly preferred.
• Fluent English and Chinese

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (VBA), SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
• Understanding of trading operations, market microstructure, and digital asset exchanges.
• Familiarity with API integrations for trade execution and data reconciliation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
