Job Description
The role takes accountability to deliver cash/cost optimization and improve service to Edgewell customers.
Universal Accountabilities
-Responsible to formulate and develop demand plan for Hong Kong.
-Handle monthly forecast alignment/S&OP process with Hong Kong commercial team.
-Direct responsibility to manage all supply planning activities, managing the replenishment plans.
-Act as a bridge between SAO Planning – Hong Kong Commercial, identify supply capacity plans/ issues and resolutions.
-Handle S&OE meetings to review actual sales, demand and supply ensuring the 3 sync with latest requirements.
-Quarterly supply parameters review and update in system.
- Responsible for developing a firm Inventory plan for short- middle term and achieving Inventory goals by balancing production / supply with demand forecast. Monthly inventory reporting and review with root cause analysis. Act as focal point to minimize SLOBs.
- Co-pack planning and related activities ownership.

Reports to Hong Kong Supply Chain Assistant Manager
SAO Operation: Supply planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing Service
EPC Hong Kong: all other functions including Commercial, Finance &Controllership and HR, CS and W&D.
Outside the Company: 3PL Service Provider, Suppliers
Job Tools/System knowledge required
Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, Manugistics (JDA)
