We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Stablecoin Product Manager to lead the development and regulatory submission of our stablecoin product to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). The ideal candidate will have experience in designing stablecoin products with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry best practices.

• Design and develop a stablecoin product that aligns with regulatory requirements and market demands.
• Lead the end-to-end submission process to HKMA for assessment and approval.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to evolving stablecoin regulations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
• Manage relationships with exchanges, custodians, on/off-ramp providers, and institutional partners to enhance adoption and utility.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to define product specifications and functionalities.
• Provide strategic input on risk management, reserve management, and issuance mechanisms.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and banking partners, to facilitate a smooth approval process.

• 6+ years in product management within fintech, crypto, or traditional finance, with a focus on payments, trading, or stablecoin.

• Strong commercial acumen with an ability to justify design decisions from a business and regulatory standpoint.
• Strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, stablecoin mechanisms, and financial risk.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound product-related judgments.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks, treasury management, and regulatory requirements in digital assets.
