Responsibilities:

• Research property including authenticity, bibliography, provenance and exhibition history;
• Catalogue property for public and private sales;
• Prepare property for appraisal (meetings to determine value, condition and marketability of property) and amend catalogue sheets after hilling sessions;
• Maintain department library and research material;
• Assist with catalogue layout and production;
• Serve as primary liaison with vendor/ clients;
• Assist with inquiries on potential property for sale;
• Assist with gallery/viewing layout and setup;
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

  Qualifications:

• Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Art/Luxury fields, gallery, museum or auction house as an advantage;
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners;
• Strong organizational skills and time management;
• A team player with strong credibility and delegate to the job;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in word processing including Chinese;
• IANG/Fresh Graduates are also welcome;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
