Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of financial support to the Corporation’s Mainland China business focusing on property business and station commercial business
• Review financial reports submitted by the subsidiaries / joint ventures, prepare consolidated journals, management reports and analysis schedules to facilitate business performance appraisal and decision making and handle the PRC tax matters
• Communicate with the Finance teams of the subsidiaries / joint ventures and respective cost controllers of the property and station commercial businesses in Mainland China
• Perform ad-hoc scenario / impact analyses as and when required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy and preferably be a finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or other recognized professional accounting bodies
• Preferably with 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable organization or in Mainland China
• Positive working attitude, good teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of PRC tax rules, accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Proficiency in Putonghua and knowledge of Oracle Financial System is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on six-month temporary contract terms, subject to renewal depending on business needs
