Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director – watch – Trading, Factory
10 year in sale & marketing in watch trading, factory
Product development with key accounts (liaison up with designers, product manager, R&D department and BOM calculation)
Daily responsibilities related to both sales and operational aspect within HK office. Liaise with China factory GM, engineer dept.
Overall overview of all activities by the sales team at product development and sales operations to ensure best service towards customers
Monitor admin activities on time
Overview shipping department operates in right procedures and timing
Sharing new product ideas with sales team
Monitor all price calculations to ensure company’s earnings
Crisis management
Overview working procedures between China factory and HK sales team
Salary and development responsibilities for the staff (not finance)
Participation in customer meetings in HK and other countries
Travelling to China factory as required
Travelling to Europe and USA (app. 10 days a year)
Preparation of 1-2 trade fairs yearly.
