Responsibilities:

• Oversees and handles daily stock-in, stock transfer and stock-out of consignment merchandises for Design Gallery HK (including but not limit to online and offline consignment partners) in a timely manner.
• Set up and amend suppliers data record in POS system and CRM system.
• Mix and Match rule set-up and gift vouchers record creation in the POS system.
• Coordinate with Merchandising Team & Sales Team on merchandises price adjustment and monitor the team on stock adjustment.
• Coordinate with Merchandising Team and F&A to prepare monthly consignment settlement reports and related payments to suppliers
• Coordinate with consignment partners and F&A to prepare delivery note.
• Handle the annual stock take exercise.
• Supervise the team to ensure merchandises repairing, giveaway/bulk sales order, packing items are properly arranged and delivered on time.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

  Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Prior experience in warehouse and logistics field, particularly consumer and lifestyle products would be an advantage
• Mature, initiative and independent
• Very detail-minded, willing to learn and with can do attitude
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
