Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective secretarial / administrative support to the Head of Information Technology Service
  • Perform all rounded administrative duties to manage the operation of the department
  • Schedule team and cross departmental meetings, appointments and reservations as needed
  • Provide administrative and HR related support for IT outsourcing staff, such as arrange interviews, coordinate with agencies, handle purchase orders and review monthly timesheet
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support, HR related experience is added advantage
  • Independent, mature and reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
