Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines for People Technology upgrades and enhancements.
Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and ensure alignment on priorities.
Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams (People, IT, vendors, and external partners) to deliver effective People Technology solutions, including considerations of cross project dependencies within People and other departments.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with project goals.
Track and manage project costs and timelines to ensure delivery within scope and on time.
Be an effective Service Partner in supporting business users from People Department
Serve as a trusted Service Partner, providing support to business users within the People Department.
Understand, analyse, and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirements
Analyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose sustainable recommendations and solutions
Translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical language through presentations.
Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and ensure alignment on priorities.
Process Improvement & System Optimization
Continuously assess and recommend improvements to People processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency in Roadmap project and BAU operations.
Ensure system configuration and processes are in line with best practices, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
Work with the vendors to implement patches, upgrades, or new features as necessary.
Technology Solutioning
Lead the hands-on technical configuration of the People technology solutions, particularly SuccessFactors HCM, as well as third-party solutions to enhance overall People Technology and integrations with external systems.
Assess, recommend and evaluate the most suitable People technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate People applications, including managing internal approval processes with relevant teams.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track People system performance and generate reports to assess system usage, performance, and areas for improvement for BAU as well as People Technology roadmap initiative.
Support People and business leaders with data-driven insights and analyses related to People Technology functionality.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of experience in similar capacity, in SuccessFactors HCM application or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and influence key stakeholders to drive project success.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Hands-on technical configuration knowledge in SuccessFactors HCM application or equivalent.
Experience in mentoring and training staff, promoting collaboration, and ensuring team alignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritise.
Proactive, self-motivated individual with ambition, energy and drive.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.
