Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
Assist in end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including:
Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company (ies)
Ensure Trust documents are saved in data system
Assist in initial opening bank accounts
Assemble Trust kits for clients
Provide admin assistance in relocation of office
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Account / Finance or equivalent
1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Organized, meticulous, pro-active
Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
