End-to-end recruitment from sourcing, CV screening and managing candidate expectation, presenting qualified candidates to clients effectively throughout the entire recruitment process
Responsible for managing existing clients to in fulfilling their recruitment needs and provide professional HR solution
Achieve target by meeting and exceeding performance targets
Engage in company events, networking, and community initiatives
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as an agency recruiter
Familiar with HR knowledge and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
Proven experience in hitting sales targets
Goal driven, and self motivated
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
