Responsible for daily operation at front desk counter
Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services, handle guest enquiries and complaints with a professional manner
Maintain high standard of services to guests
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Fresh graduates will also be considered
