Identify customer needs to drive material needs and sales transactions
Cultivate customer and supplier relationships, foster them into partnerships when possible
Approach buyers and suppliers to align product specifications
Visit Construction Site as required
Work with operations team to identify material sales opportunities within a construction project, and proceed to generate revenue from these opportunities
Follow up the transaction and support management for the sales analysis
Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to customers
Handle ad-hoc tasks or resolve issues when needed
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Science or Business disciplines
1 - 2 years of experience in construction building materials product is preferable
Sales experience is a plus
Excellent task management skills, negotiation skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
A good team player
Independent, highly self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
Proficiency in MS office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
Native Cantonese speaker with conversational level of English and Mandarin
