Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced HR System Manger to lead the implementation of our new HR system. Partnering with IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing project activities according to strict deadlines and within project budget. This includes lining up internal resources, coordinating the efforts of users and third-party consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The System Manager will also need to oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

​A typical day in this Role:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the HR systems requirements and align them with business objectives
  • Analyze complex business problems from various perspectives, working with different teams & vendors to design and develop technical solutions and automate cross-platform operations reconciliation
  • Lead and plan system user testing; provide guidance in preparing system test cases and review test cases
  • Monitor the troubleshooting, and debugging process so as to address users’ issues promptly
  • Review and advice system training materials, as well as organize system training
  • Provide advice on streamline business operations workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality

Success will depend on:

  • Strong experience in supporting HR transformation projects, candidates with experience in implementing Oracle HR HCM would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines, prioritize workloads, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Regional exposure and knowledge in managing transformation projects or system integration are desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both as a team player and an independent contributor
  • Good presentation and listening skills. Confident to present in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR System Lead
