We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
• Provide assistance in arranging R & M and CAPEX works
• Prepare and handle document and contracts relating to R & M and CAPEX works

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)
• 5 years relevant working experiences in E&M field especially in maintenance field
• Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Technical Officer.
