Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships to identify their financial needs.
Provide personalized advice on investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
Offer tailored banking solutions and advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Understand the financial goals of semi-private and retail clients.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust financial plans as needed.
Work with investment advisors and product specialists to deliver comprehensive services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with at least 8-years experience in banking
Proven experience in banking, Insurance or financial services.
Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to relationship building.
Less experience candidate will be consider as Relationship Manager as well
