Financial Analyst, Retail Media & Retail Analytics
DFI Retail GroupIs this your next challenge in financial planning and analysis?
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital Finance, yuu Rewards while working closely with business partners within DFI Media and Retail Analytics and the Group network.
You will be required to have strong financial discipline, build strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to become a trusted finance business partner.
In addition, you will help identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and innovative analysis on projects and initiatives to support Retail Media and Retail Analytics teams.
The challenge is to:
- Monitor and support month end close – propose journal entries, reconciliations and working with shared service providers
- Offer financial and commercial admin support to support two face-paced and growing business in the digital spaces
- Support annual and quarterly forecasting processes
- Monitor business key metrics to track business performance and help identify improvement opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and any related duties as assigned
Do you have experience in financial planning & analysis?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience working in both a “Big 4” accounting firm and/or complex and fast paced commercial organizations, preferably within digital sectors
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good discernment, analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to engage, collaborate and influence collaborators
- Detailed-mindedness and have the ability to work under deadlines and multi-task
