Manager (Lending & Deposit Product Development)

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Assisting in the formulation of strategy for retail mortgage business and align such with that of sales, marketing, credit risk and the Bank’s overall strategic direction
• Directing and controlling the growth and development of Deposit & lending business through various initiatives, in order to sustain the Bank’s competitive edge and ultimately to maximize the profitability of the Bank
• Performing financial analysis and forecasting of business
• Working closely with Business Finance on regular tracking of Key Performance Indicative and monthly review of business performance
• Proactively keeping track of market activities and statistics with the objective to spot business opportunities from trend and changes
• Assisting Business Head to distribute

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Diploma holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development in banking industry
• Good communication skills with ability to work under pressure
