Responsibilities:

• To provide quality counter services
• To answer phone enquires and provides information to appropriate parties
• To perform clerical duties including patient registration, payment and other relevant documents

Requirements:

• F.7 / HKDSE graduate or above
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill
• Undergraduate / fresh graduates will also be considered
