The job-holder will work for our Youth Service to support various unit managers in the coordination of service operation, service monitoring and projects implementation.

Responsibilities:

• To perform administrative duties for service management, including procurement, operation, monitoring and documentation etc.
• To attend and to be minute taker in various task group meetings.
• To assist in streamlining the workflow of centre operation.
• To assist and coordinate the production of central programme materials.
• To be responsible in internal communication with related stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ working experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
