How you will make an impact: 

The job holder will report to the section / team head and be responsible for daily office leasing activities and documentation.

• Providing support to the section / team head on daily leasing activities; inspections; handover; and administrative work
• Basic leasing document handling and closely monitoring the work and payment requisition and settlement
• Involving in lease, administration, operations or marketing of office portfolio
• Managing the departmental filing system in a well-organized manner
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for:  

• Degree holder Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of basic leasing knowledge, document and rental arrangement
• Willing to learn with good common sense and proactive attitude
• Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
