About the Client

Our client is an International business entity specializing in supply chain solutions. It operates across various regions, focusing on delivering quality products and services through strategic partnerships and a vast network of suppliers. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Global (Senior) Human Resources Manager.


About the role

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a cohesive global HR strategy that supports the organization's business objectives across all territories.
  • Build strong relationships with general managers and local HR teams to understand operational challenges, offering coaching and HR expertise to foster high-performing teams.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for expatriate employees, including designing training programs and managing succession planning efforts.
  • Champion the design and delivery of training initiatives aimed at empowering managers and staff, focusing on enhancing skills and supporting the company's growth.
  • Stay updated with employment legislation, ensuring the organization's readiness for changes, while continuously improving HR processes and systems, including the in-house HRIS.
  • Oversee the management of employee benefits, annual salary reviews, and compensation packages in collaboration with finance, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor ROI on HR initiatives, and share insights with senior management to drive improvements.
  • Act as a change agent by introducing innovative HR practices and promoting consistency in HR policies and procedures across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Development / Talent Management gained in sizeable organizations
  • Proven ability to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, understanding diverse business environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated resilience and flexibility in handling various challenges and personalities
  • Ability to collaborate with senior teams and introduce innovative solutions
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Native English is a MUST
