Summary
The Assistant Wholesale Manager is responsible for cooperating with a leader of wholesale business department on effectively managing partner retail business and wholesale business including sell-in, sell-out and inventory at retailer /wholesale stores, a standard system which can accurately and strongly support the team to forecast sales inventory and support local seasonal trade shows for local retailers in the market The role is responsible to co-ordinate with cross functional teams and the wholesale accounts to communicate updates, information related to shipments and payments.

Duties And Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Tracking
- Support sales function to achieve company budget plan, track sales status and call out business risk meanwhile provide effective sales analysis for business decision making;
- Based on historical data and company strategy, work together with sales team to make overall annual sell-in and sell-out plan;
- Participate, coordinate and conduct in-season shipment phasing, to make sure quarterly phasing is rational and under control;
- Pay close attention to in-season sell-thru, especially for GTM style, cooperate with sales team to find market feedback and take relevant actions or incentives;
- Responsible for ensuring quarterly targets are met through timely shipping and invoicing

Business Flow Management and GTM process
- Closely work with sales team to follow overall business process is well executed, including bulk order execution, seasonal order consolidation, trade show flow, etc.
- Assist seasonal trade show management and operation from the beginning to the end, including retro plan, meeting agenda, venue, set up, layout discussion, participator list collection and group allocation, expense control, etc.
- Play as key coordinator for seasonal trade show, communicate and coordinate between internal and external team to make sure all tasks are completed based on retro plan;
- Co-ordinate the order booking process, communicate with retailers to meet order upload timelines
- Will work with Merchandising teams to communicate updates on seasonal assortment/ changes in line or launch dates

- Will work with operations and receivables teams and Customer service teams to ensure shipments as per plan
- Negotiate with key accounts to make payments and receive shipments on time

Sales Analysis and Business Proposal
- Strong business analysis which support partner retail and wholesale business in terms of sell-in, sell-through and inventory management through output quantitative reports
- Own the analysis of all kinds of sales data, selling/sellout/sell thru/stock, etc. and output regular report to management team by weekly and monthly;
- Monthly follow up the updates of the store status and new opening tracking report to ensure all the departments get an centralized and up-to-date store information list;
- Diagnose sales performance from various angels and provide related insights;

- Deeper understanding of company's culture and business knowledge through tools via E-learning / Official website and platform / workday;
- Play as contact of wholesale/ partner retail to other departments so as to have smooth communication and successfully complete related task;
- Maintain documentation and reporting cadence
- Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager;
Qualifications
Education & Any Certifications Required
Bachelor degree or above
Year(s) Of Experience & Background Required
4-5 years directly relevant work experience or above

Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Cantonese
